Jake Schlereth & Tyler Balcerak DeafOlympic Champions!

While everyone was opening their holiday presents and had visions of sugar plums dance in their heads, two F.A.S.T. athletes had visions of Gold in their heads.

Jake Schlereth and Tyler Balcerak competed with USA Hockey in the 2019 DeafOlympic Games in Chivenna, Italy defeating Canada in the Gold Medal game to achieve Olympic Gold!

Jake is playing for the Chicago Cougars this season and participated in the Madison Meltdown with F.A.S.T. in 2019 while Tyler has been a participant in F.A.S.T. training programs the past 2 Spring programs and also was a member of the Madison Meltdown teams.

This is obviously a huge accomplishment and we are so proud of the guys for doing what they do best on an international stage representing our country to the top of the podium!
