A graduate of Miami University, home of the Redhawks, with a degree in Kinesiology and then earned his Masters in Education & Coaching at Boston University while being a Grad Assistant strength & conditioning coach. From there, he joined the staff at NCAA D1 RPI as a volunteer assistant. He has had stints with the Navhille Jr Predators AAA, Springfield Jr Blues of the NAHL, and was the head coach of the Chicago Cougars of the USPHL for the last 5 seasons and he is now working with athletes in sports performance training as the founder and Head Coach at FAST- Functional Athletic Systems Training.
