F.A.S.T. Expanding to Virtual Training!

Alright everybody, COVID has stuck around longer than expected, derailing a lot of plans and disrupting our normal Spring and Summer training groups. We have mostly been holding steady throughout these strange times, but I want to continue having a positive impact on your careers and helping you achieve your goals like I have been doing in my coaching career now for over 14 years!

Even through crazy times I can realize how much I have been blessed with in life and the experiences and education I have is something people work an entire career for! I have been fortunate to work in three NCAA Division 1 weight rooms training athletes, I have worked in two of the top private sector facilities in the nation including Mike Boyle's Strength and Conditioning (Men's Health Magazine top gym in America), I have had two jobs in professional hockey in the ECHL and the Anaheim Ducks NHL, and I have started my own successful training business here with F.A.S.T.!
